By accessing or using VidSave Pro ("the Service"), operated by Steward Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VidSave Pro is a web-based tool that allows users to access publicly available Facebook video content for personal, offline viewing. The Service processes user-supplied public video URLs and returns video file links for personal use.

The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

VidSave Pro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. All Facebook trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All video content on Facebook is protected by copyright law and belongs to its respective creators and rights holders.
• Saving a video using VidSave Pro does not transfer any ownership, rights, or licence to that content.
• You may only save videos that you have the legal right to access and save (e.g. content you own, content licenced for personal use, or public domain content).
• You must not use saved videos for commercial purposes, re-upload them to other platforms, redistribute them, or use them in any way that infringes the copyright of the original creator.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You may use VidSave Pro to:

• Save your own publicly posted Facebook videos
• Save public Facebook videos for personal, offline viewing
• Access content you are otherwise legally permitted to view

You may not use VidSave Pro to:

• Save private or restricted videos you are not authorised to view
• Re-upload, redistribute, or commercially exploit saved videos
• Circumvent any access controls or privacy settings
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Overload, damage, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service at scale without prior consent

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steward Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steward Technologies Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
